Just a quick hobby update: picked up the Dark Age hamlet set and wattle fences from Sarissa Precision via mail order. This should get me going for a proper Pillage board soon.

Well about 15 years later I finally finished this army up. Next up: Sassanids and Armenians for a mini campaign I’ll play at home (since 15mm small scale ancients gaming is pretty much dead in North America).
